Sudz Mobile Detailing is a student-owned, local business that strives to provide customers with a top-quality detailing service. And I, Kyle Dunn, the owner of Sudz, want to create relationships with my customers and ensure the detail is more than just a paid service. Getting to know the community is one of my largest goals, and when it's all said and done, I want Sudz to leave a large footprint on the lives of everyone we reach, to leave them with a smile... and a clean vehicle!
Me and my friends started this business because we felt that a mobile detailing service would be beneficial for those who now work from home due to the Covid-19 outbreak, for stay-at-home parents, and for older adults that may have a difficult time traveling. By doing this, customers have the convenience of staying in the comfort of their own home while the detail is occurring, and it adds a social aspect to the process, allowing a face-to-face interaction. I believe that transparency is important in business, and being mobile allows customers to check out the product once it's done, gives them the opportunity to ask any questions, and puts a face to the name.
I love what I do, and I hope that my customers can see that through the work. Running a business at such a young age has been difficult, there have been learning curves, but I am excited and ready to learn more and more with each detail. Im proud of what I have accomplished through Sudz, but I am not satisfied. I appreciate every single person I have run into, and I can't wait to keep building relationships with my peers.
